Shipping & Handling
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (through the working week, Monday – Friday).
- For exclusive orders that are customised, bespoke or made to order, the shipping duration may be longer.
- If you have selected COD ( Cash on Delivery) as the mode of payment, one of our team members will reach out to you to confirm the order within 1 business day of you placing the same. Once confirmed, we will start processing the order.
- While we are committed to ship and deliver your order as soon as possible, however if unforeseen circumstances delay the process, we will immediately notify you of the same.
- We offer free shipping on all our orders, unless specified otherwise for special offers.
When the order ships from our warehouse, you shall receive a tracking number for the same.
Modes of Payment
We accept all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards and Net Banking using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. The currency of payment is INR (Indian National Rupee). We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
We are happy to offer 7 days, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused products. We provide free return shipping for all pin codes covered by our delivery partners and if the shipping cost does not exceed Rs.60. Our logistic partners will pick up the items for all serviceable pin codes.
For any returns exceeding these, the charges will be adjusted against the refund to the customer. For pincodes that aren’t serviceable by our partners, the customer will need to return the product to us at their own cost, and Rs.60 shall be issued as a Trishona Gift Card to them, for the same.
Process of Return
To return the order, please refrain from using the product and keep them intact in the original condition, along with tags and packaging. Unfortunately, for products worn and used, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.

As soon as we receive the returned product, we shall notify you via an e-mail. The team shall do a quality check and inform you of the status of refund. Once approved, you can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credits, as a gift voucher or back to your original method of payment. The refund timeline will depend on your bank partner.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you could choose to receive the refund as store credits ( in the form of a gift voucher) or alternatively provide your account details for us to process the refund to the said channel.
If the product received is damaged or defective, please send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the order to facilitate a smooth exchange process.
