If you to return a product and claim a refund, please read through the following :
We have a seven days' no questions asked return policy. Please reach out to us within 7 days to return or exchange a product. We will arrange a return pickup for the shipment and if the pincode is non-serviceable, you could return the product to yourself and claim upto Rs 60 for shipping handling charges.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we shall notify you via an e-mail. The team shall do a quality check and inform you of the status of refund. Once approved, you can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credits, as a gift voucher or back to your original method of payment. The refund timeline will depend on your bank partner.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you could choose to receive the refund as store credits ( in the form of a gift voucher) or alternatively provide your account details for us to process the refund to the said channel.
